Passengers must simply follow the process presented to them on the website. Partner merchants (companies, sellers) of Delayhelp Flight GmbH retain ownership of the items ordered until the order is received in full. We implement an order verification procedure by requesting identification data from the customer.

Delivery

Delivery is only made after order confirmation. The user will receive a confirmation email from www.delayhelp.net. Our partner merchant will then contact them regarding order delivery.

Force Majeure in the Event of Delivery
